Starting from October 1st, we are launching a cashback program that will help you save on declined payment fees!

Currently, if a payment is declined, we charge $0.5 per transaction. With the cashback program, you can control the commission and get a refund for the difference in deductions from your balance. The fewer declined payments, the more cashback you get!

If the percentage of declined payments at the end of the month is less than 15%, the transaction fee will be $0.25. If the percentage is less than 5%, the commission will be $0, and any difference will be fully refunded to your account balance.

In October, Combo Cards users will receive cashback for transactions made in August. In November, it will be for September, and so on.

In your personal account, you can find information about the percentage of declined payments. This information is updated monthly.

Improve your decline rate and receive cashback every first week of the month. Learn more about the program terms on the pricing page.
