Arbitrum – a nearly stagnant project given a second lease on life thanks to the traction of Robinhood Chain, where ARB serves as the base layer. Targets stand at $0.50, $1.20, and a sky-high move beyond $5. For this to materialize, momentum on Robinhood Chain must persist, alongside the rollout of additional chains built on Arbitrum stack
