Just wanted to let you know

1) everyone who did not get their pack will obviously receive a full refund. Not quite as exciting as getting the pack but that’s what happens when the demand is higher than the supply

2) our support team has received numerous requests. They will go through them one by one and each issue will be addressed. However, let’s not forget. Behind every account there is a real person: they genuinely want to help resolve every single issue as fast as they can. However, let’s be real. Let’s express our feedback (no matter positive or negative) in a humane way. These are real people that have to sort out a lot with no fault of their own.

We are building something amazing together. There’s no place for abuse towards them here.

We have heard your feedback and will keep working hard to ensure the smoothest experience possible.

The team has been working around the clock to deliver the product that has so much interest.

Teething issues are to be expected with any new mechanic and today is no exception.

The demand has been insane which is both a blessing and curse. I myself didn’t manage to get any packs.

That being said, I am happy to see the floor for all the packs right now.

To me, communities that formed around each of the sticker packs are the true gem.

Gifts are incredible, don’t get me wrong.

But the pure energy of the sticker communities is just incomparable with anything else. The most exciting thing here is that… they don’t need some outside force to organise them. They don’t need to be told what to do. They form, grow and develop in their own ways.

They are independent entities, each more unique than the pack they gathered around.

BUILD have recently announced their plans for the future:

What is $BUILD?

$BUILD is the token powering tools.tg — open-source, audited utilities for designed for Telegram users.

Think: smarter-gated chats, cleaner channels and better community-management tools.

How it works:

- Devs get funded in $BUILD to ship tools via open contests.
- Everyone gets the free core tools. Power users unlock extras by paying in $BUILD.
