The contract you wrote for Base deploys to GIWA unchanged. GIWA runs
the OP Stack, so it is the same Solidity, same bytecode, same tooling
underneath.

Sepolia testnet means deploys cost nothing while you test, and the
chain is early enough that new deployments stand out.
