Cluster Protocol x DopaMint


DopaMint is building a house of 250+ intent-based agents on Base. A user says what they want in a chat, Dope routes it to the right agents, and they act inside deterministic policy checks.

Agents that act need something to act on. That's the layer we're plugging in underneath: datasets listed and priced by their owners and settled in CP, plus a builder in CodeXero that already ships apps to Base.
