NEW: Russian drones struck Kyiv's Northern Bridge on two consecutive mornings while civilian traffic was crossing.

Video shows a fireball hitting the deck near cars, with dashcam footage of drivers passing through flames.

Russia says the bridges carry military traffic; the footage shows ordinary cars and city buses.

Mayor Klitschko said Moscow is systematically targeting Kyiv's river crossings.
