There are a huge number of cases when Europeans around the world go around and purchase weapons from countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, in the Arab world, weapons that are guaranteed not to go anywhere else, but they still transfer all of this to Ukraine.

We will be ready to transfer S-400s to such a country when there is a request that guarantees that such violations will not be allowed.
