Russia has shifted from ballistic missiles to jet-powered drones, raising concerns it may be stockpiling missiles for winter strikes on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.

Prime Minister Sergii Koretskyi said the government is planning for the worst and expanding “invincibility points” where people can warm up, charge devices and receive hot meals.

Zelensky said Ukraine needs at least 300 Patriot interceptors for winter, while many Ukrainians are stocking up on firewood, buying backup equipment or relocating.
