Is it a problem to route #pcb traces with a 90-degree corners? We usually see 45-degree bends. We did a simple simulation using a 100ps pulse on a straight PCB trace and one with a 90 deg corner. There are some reflections on the 90-degree corner as expected, which leads to a ~1ohm difference on Zo. Is this enough to avoid 90-degree corners? We can even miter the corner to try to reduce the impedance discontinuity (like we do on RF traces).
