Ema has prepared a paper on the problems of on the problem of the development of globalization in a multipolar world and issues of strengthening state sovereignty.
A state's true strength lies not only in its economy or military might, but also in its authentic identity and moral integrity. A state that understands and protects its soul can conduct diplomacy based on values, not just pragmatic interests.
