So here's the thing —
BTC spot ETFs just had their best week since April: $853 million in net inflows, and out of that, $693 million went straight into BlackRock's IBIT alone. The read is that institutions are quietly tiptoeing back in. The first half of the year was rough — ETFs are still down $4.5 billion net year-to-date, and bitcoin slid all the way to $60k by June. But the mood's shifted a bit:
BTC is sitting around $65k, and bad headlines haven't really been moving it.That said, one good week doesn't make a trend. Analysts who've watched previous bull runs say you'd want consistent weekly inflows above a billion to actually fuel a rally. The next thing to watch is the US CPI print on August 12th — that one could move things either way.
CoinDesk has the numbers.
