🚕 Zoox has received NHTSA approval to charge fares in its steering-wheel-free robotaxis — up to 5,000 vehicles over two years. Paid rides launch in Las Vegas next month, with Miami and Austin to follow.
Until now, the Amazon-owned company had only been offering free demonstration rides in San Francisco and Las Vegas, Reuters reports.
