We've moved the default CachyOS kernel back to GCC-built as it's been getting more time consuming to fix Clang+LTO's kernel modules. If you don't add extra kernel modules (xpadone, Nvidia, ZFS, etc) and you want the extra 1% in performance, change to linuxPackages_cachyos-lto in your config.
