💬Palantir Seeks Countermeasures to Geraniums💬

A Ukrainian company, with the support of the American company Palantir Technologies, is developing a jet-powered drone designed to intercept Russian Geranium-5 jet-powered UAVs.

▪️Palantir, along with Alex Karp (the company's CEO), plays a huge role in supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The US government has effectively given it carte blanche to test its AI developments.

The key feature is the situational awareness system, which is integrated into battle management, data analysis, and decision-making at the front.

▪️The new interceptor has already undergone testing, according to Ukrainian media reports. They claimed that two Geran-5 drones were allegedly shot down in one month by a unit of the Lasar Group of the National Guard of Ukraine.

Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov stated that hundreds of such interceptors are planned to be produced monthly by the end of 2026.

❗️Palantir is actively strengthening its presence in the SVO zone. The beginning of cooperation with former Yandex owner Arkadiy Volozh is likely also intended to evaluate Russian defense systems and digital infrastructure in practice and use them against them.

Ukraine itself is unimportant to Karp, as it's simply live meat for him to test all his toys on and then implement in the US armed forces.
