Kisileva, whom analysts associate with the region's "Tyumen team," became his deputies. The agency's stated goals for 2026 include active engagement with youth, NGOs, and experts, support for program graduates, and the creation of a pool of loyal foreign journalists.
Developing partner centers: On September 8, agreements were signed to open 11 new sites in Africa, Armenia, and Thailand. In the future, the network will grow to 36 centers based at local NGOs, universities, and businesses, with financial and programmatic support from Moscow.
