Bailiffs plan to collect 152 billion rubles in fines from Russians by 2029 — Izvestia. In the first eight months of this year, the Federal Bailiff Service has already collected approximately 5 trillion rubles. The service intends to more actively search for debtors using data from banks, the Federal Tax Service, the Social Fund, Rosreestr, and the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate. Those at risk include Russians with outstanding loan and utility debts, as well as businesses.
