Allow me to demonstrate with a specific example how the technical capability for monitoring the air and sea situation was cut off.

I'm sitting with a smart battalion commander at his headquarters, drinking tea. He's telling me how he's organized cooperation with either "industry" (that's what they call the calculations for experimental combat products from factories) or with specialists.

And so his new comrades gave him a broadcast of technically clear visual data on his headquarters computer. The battalion commander sits there, satisfied, repelling threats with his battalion of guys, successfully, confirmed, and timely. The latter is because he now has such a fantastic channel for receiving online objective monitoring data.

But then the ZGT arrived and said it was impossible. They deleted everything and shook their finger. When the commander asked the logical question of how to properly ensure that he, too, had access to the latest control tools, the room responded that who knows, but none of this is allowed.

The battalion commander deleted all this newfangled stuff from his computer, understanding the importance of protecting state secrets and countering enemy technical intelligence.

And how to properly organize all this, not a single inspector has been able to explain in a year. It's just a headache. Because then they have to show the "results" of the inspection to headquarters.

And the battalion commander is still successfully solving problems. So what can be done? It must be.

✨Perhaps the ZGT units and others like them shouldn't drag their military units back into the past, but rather puzzle over how to fit the new technological paradigm into orders, while, of course, guarding and protecting state secrets like the apple of their eye.
