Russian families have begun falling ill with the Coxsackievirus en masse in Vietnam.

An 8-month-old child from Tula developed a fever of 40°C and a rash and mouth ulcers at a hotel near Cam Ranh Bay. The diagnosis was confirmed at the hospital. The mother later fell ill, and tourists reported several more families becoming ill.

Cam Ranh Bay is located near the popular resort of Nha Trang.
