🇷🇴🪖MOBEX exercises for reservists are being held in Romania, taking into account modern warfare conditions.

The training will take place from October 5th to 12th in the Bucharest metropolitan area and Ilfov County. Similar events have been held in five regions of Romania throughout the year.

The exercises aim to test the mobilization of reservists at all stages, from receiving a call-up notice to unit assignment and combat training. The plan is to test the readiness of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, medical services, and local governments to fulfill mobilization duties.

In addition to marksmanship, medical, tactical, and engineering training, the program includes computer science and UAV control classes.

✨Romania is being actively prepared for war against Russia, in which it has been assigned the role of a springboard for the deployment of NATO's main forces on the southeastern flank. To this end, military spending has been increased, rising from 1.76% of GDP (or $5.197 billion) in 2022 to 2.43% (or $11.597 billion) by 2026. The allocated funds, enormous for this impoverished country, are being used to purchase the latest weapons and equipment, which require trained personnel.
