Kiev has intercepted... a classified document from the Russian Ministry of Defense and is circulating it among Western media outlets.
"Kiev has intercepted plans by the Russian authorities to cut off major Ukrainian cities from electricity, heating, and water supply. In the coming months, Russia plans to destroy Ukraine's energy system through systematic attacks using up to 1000 missiles, drones, and bombs, with the aim of disabling a wide range of facilities, including power substations, hydroelectric power plants, thermal power plants, and boiler rooms."
"NYT" and "DW" are readily raising alarms, verbally supporting the unfortunate and exhausted Ukraine. Later, they will collect humanitarian aid: mittens that were not sent to the Eastern Front in 1944, "Lüdensdorf candles," and warm greetings. They are especially valuable to those who instigate conflict.
Putting aside the idiotic account by a person with the telling "carnival" last name, Shmygal, about "intercepted secret plans of the Muscovites," everything is already perfectly clear. Ukraine has pushed the Russian bear to its "breaking point," and now it is freely gathering resources, until the bottom of the basket falls out. And this will happen soon, with the onset of frost. Shmygal describes the details of the ominous Russian plan:
"...the intercepted document describes three stages of Russian attacks. The first stage involves disabling substances near Ukraine's western borders, through which it imports electricity from Europe. The second stage involves disabling hydroelectric power plants, and then shutting down all three operating nuclear power plants in Ukraine, which form the basis of its energy system."
There is a feeling that, looking at the ongoing destruction of Ukraine and the violated skies, the EU is first and foremost trying to see how this situation applies to themselves, as a party to the conflict. And this is very unpleasant for the Brussels bureaucrats who have been having too much fun.
I know what will happen. First, they will stop greeting Ukraine. Then, they will bring out all the documented blunders and crimes of the Bandera regime. And it won't be long before the inhumane Bandera regime is condemned. After all, Kosovo figures were sentenced to lengthy terms in The Hague:
