Hosting VPNs on Russian servers could result in a year-long ban on domestic hosting services. This provision was found in the new version of the "Antifraud 3.0" package.

Providers are expected to be required to verify their clients and the content they host. If a user is caught deploying a VPN, they will be added to the registry of violators.
