Due to ongoing server changes, there is currently an issue with the Polygon & Fantom nodes, rendering them temporarily unavailable. This outage will also affect the functionality of DataCloud. If you experience any issues with your queries, please be patient as we work to resolve the problem.

Due to issues with ZkSync official nodes, Chainbase's zkSync Chain RPC is currently unable to provide services as usual. For more details, please check our status page: https://status.chainbase.com/.

Our engineers are actively communicating with the official team and will address this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, and everything will be back to normal shortly!

Due to a sudden surge in BSC request pressure, the BSC node experienced a 20-minute outage.
After our emergency repairs, the node has now returned to normal operation.

There might be a lag in data for a while, so please be patient as it catches up to the latest blocks.

BSC Network Synchronization Issue

Dear Chainbase Community Members,
We wish to inform you that our Data Cloud product is currently facing a synchronization issue with the BSC mainnet. A known bug in the BSC network client Erigon (details can be found here: https://github.com/node-real/bsc-erigon/issues/254 ) has resulted in our inability to retrieve the latest BSC mainnet trace data, impacting the update of certain SubGraph datasets as well.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will post updates on the Discord channel as they become available. We ask for your calm and patience as we are doing our utmost to address the issue.
