CF中转IP com.cfdata-arm64-v8a-release.apk

刚刚重新构建了一下cfdata app，修复了一下之前测速地址失效的问题。原先的签名文件弄丢了，重新生成的。需要先卸载旧的app才能安装上这个新的。

今天重新发一下版本，简化了文件结构和配置。内置源码
