Skyeng is looking for an Analyst / Senior Analyst to join its Corporate Development team.
You will work on M&A transactions, fundraising activities, and high-priority strategic projects, supporting them end to end — from financial modeling and valuation to shareholder reporting and communication, with direct exposure to senior management and shareholders on live deals.
We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of expirience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or management consulting. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, a solid command of key technology business metrics, and fluent English are essential.
