Atoll Capital is currently looking for a Summer / Off-Cycle Intern (full-time, work from office) to add to its team in Moscow

About Us:
Atoll Capital is an actively growing Private Equity Fund formed by ex-Bulge Bracket senior investment bankers and PE/VC professionals. Atoll Capital invests in the equity of promising Russian companies to unlock their potential and ensure sustainable value growth.

Job Objectives:
- Participation in the "full cycle" of transactional execution
- Preparing presentation materials and participating in deal pitches
- Performing investment analysis and valuation
- Conducting industry and company researches

Required Qualifications:
- 4th year Bachelor or Master student or recent graduate from a top-tier university
- Prior relevant job experience is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting
- Good knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint
- Fluent English
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High motivation and ability to manage multiple workstreams
