From crying over losing 1 mark to being happy just passing I came a long way
So today was my maths midsem in clg . in the starting 15 mins I wasn’t able to do anything so I thought I would fail but I somehow managed to solve 2-3 questions and ans were also correct so I was relieved that I will pass but a thought struck my mind that in school I would cry even after losing 1 mark and be disappointed for the whole day

Placement are so much luck based
Ik there have been many posts like this, just sharing another one.
In our college, a guy worked so hard, changed branch in first year and maintained 9.2-9.5 CGPA, worked on some real projects with audience, finally got placed at 58LPA (without being interned in 3rd year, he was criticised a lot for that).
There was another senior who worked hard and maintained a 9.5+ CGPA and 700+ LC, got interned at Google in 3rd year, now struggling to get placed.
There is this girl, 7.5+ CGPA, barely 200 DSA questions, never participated in a contest and no serious project at all. She just posts her hot photos on instagram 😭 (not judging her) got placed at zomato with 55LPA.
Luck is seriously a big factor.

feeling lost in life
im in 3rd year of college at a tier-1 college, but ive been feeling like i havnt done anything, i have a 8cgpa, no life outside academics, no internship, very average dsa / project skills, not good physically and mentally, what can i do, i live at home, dads a swe, so hes always behind me to do ai ai , idk what to do , lost all focus, dont hv close friends

A Class 11 Girl Was Raped at Banasthali….WTF Is Wrong With This So-Called ‘All-Girls’ School & College?
A Class 11 Commerce student was reportedly raped by a member of the cleaning staff and was later found dead. And now, her parents are allegedly being told that “aapki bachhi bhaag gayi.”
How is that even remotely acceptable?
This is an all-girls residential institution where students officially have extremely restricted access to phones and communication. So how does a Class 11 student simply “run away” without the administration knowing? Who was responsible for her safety? Where were the wardens and other authorities? And why are her parents being given such an explanation?
What makes this even more disturbing is the alleged response after the incident — that the priority was to get the area cleaned because students would be arriving soon.(some students overheard the convo of the faculties)
A girl was allegedly raped and killed, and the concern was “bachche aate honge, safai karao.”
This is the same institution that lectures students about women empowerment, safety and values.
Where is the accountability? Where are the answers?
If any current students, alumni, staff, or parents know what actually happened, please speak up.

My college has mandated final year students to attend lectures even if they are doing internship or Job.
Are bhai ye kya chutiyapa college hain bc?
So I am from college in pune. It has no placement... I recently got internship from a startup it is mostly project based internship... My startup has mandated me to present before 10am till 3pm on days Monday Wednesday and Thursday
Now my college has also made it compulsion for Final Year student to attend lectures or face debarred from Semester examination..
Ek toh tumhare college mein jh***t ki placement nai , Uppar se college mein lectures ki compulsion... are bhai thoda dimag se socho..dimag tumhare g***d mein thodi hain...inki maa ka ....
My college timings gets overlap with my internship. My employer says that he will deduct my salary if I don't come... college says will debarred from you semester exams
