Abstract. The article presents an experimental study on the behavior of tilted angle shear connectors. The aim of the experiment is to analyze the influence of geometric parameters—the tilt angle, length, and profile size—on the connectors' load-bearing capacity, stiffness, and failure mechanisms. Based on eight push-out tests, two primary failure modes were identified: a brittle mode associated with the deformation of the concrete slab, and a ductile mode, characterized by the fracture of the metal connector itself. Tilted angle shear connectors serve as an alternative to more common connector types in situations where material availability and ease of installation are of paramount importance.
