🤖 Anthropic updates Claude Code with multi-agent management

Anthropic updated Claude Code to manage multiple agents simultaneously in one window. It sorts tasks into done, in progress, and needing user input.

Claude Code splits tasks automatically and no longer requires external AI managers. The new /goal command lets agents work continuously toward a set goal without repeated prompts.

🤖 Anthropic is quietly turning Claude into a self-improving AI workforce

The company just upgraded Claude Managed Agents with features that make AI agents feel much less like chatbots… and much more like autonomous employees.

The wildest feature is called “Dreaming.”

When idle, agents can now revisit past sessions, analyze mistakes, detect patterns, and reorganize memories to improve future performance, essentially learning from experience without humans retraining them.

Anthropic also introduced:

• Outcomes — a built-in AI grader that forces agents to keep revising work until it meets a developer’s quality standard
• Multiagent Orchestration — lead agents can now split tasks across specialized sub-agents working in parallel
• Webhooks — agents can notify users the moment long-running tasks finish automatically

🏘 Nvidia wants to turn homes into AI data centers

Instead of building giant server farms, startup Span is testing a strange new idea with Nvidia and homebuilder PulteGroup: installing mini AI compute hubs directly onto houses.

The system, called XFRA, places a box with around 16 Blackwell GPUs outside the home. Span’s smart panel sends unused household electricity to the GPUs for AI workloads.

So your house could literally help run AI models while you sleep.

In return, homeowners could get cheaper electricity bills and even earn extra income.

Span says deploying thousands of these residential AI nodes could be 5–6x cheaper than building traditional hyperscale data centers.

The future of AI infrastructure might not be one giant data center, it might be your neighborhood.

امروز داشتم توی Hugging Face برای خودم می‌گشتم و ببینم چه مدل‌های جدیدی اومده و چشمم به این مدل که دیروز آپدیت جدیدش اومده بود خورد.
رفتم در موردش خوندم و همه چیزش جالب بود. LM Studio رو باز کردم و اینو دانلود کردم.
براساس تجربه‌ی تقریبا کمی که داشتم باید بگم فوق العاده‌ست.
با فقط 4B پارامتر، با سرعت خیلی زیاد بهت جواب میده و نکته جالبش uncensored بودنشه.

📊 اخراج‌های دسته‌جمعی در صنعت تکنولوژی اوج گرفته

شرکت‌های تکنولوژی در سه‌ماهه اول ۲۰۲۶ اعلام کردند که ۸۱,۷۴۷ نفر را اخراج می‌کنند — بالاترین رقم فصلی از حداقل سه‌ماهه اول ۲۰۲۴ تا به حال. تعداد اخراج‌ها نسبت به فصل قبل بیش از دو برابر شده و از سه‌ماهه چهارم ۲۰۲۵ تاکنون ۵۸۰٪ افزایش داشته. فقط در ماه مارس، ۴۵,۸۰۰ اخراج اعلام شد که بدترین ماه برای اخراج‌های تکنولوژی در حداقل ۲ سال گذشته است.

این روند احتمالاً ادامه خواهد داشت؛ متا اخیراً برنامه‌ریزی کرده حدود ۸,۰۰۰ نفر را اخراج کند و مایکروسافت نیز به حدود ۷٪ از کارکنان آمریکایی‌اش پیشنهاد بازنشستگی داوطلبانه داده که در صورت استقبال کم، می‌تواند به اخراج تبدیل شود. این اتفاقات در حالی رخ می‌دهد که غول‌های تکنولوژی بودجه خود را به سمت تراشه‌های هوش مصنوعی و مراکز داده منتقل کرده و برای آزادسازی سرمایه، نیروی انسانی را کاهش می‌دهند.

اشتغال در بخش تکنولوژی آمریکا به سرعت در حال کاهش است.
