JUST IN: The Supreme Court has cleared the way for the Trump administration to RESUME third-country deportations.

In a 6–3 decision, the Court paused a lower-court ruling that had restricted the administration’s ability to rapidly deport migrants to countries other than their home nation.

The policy can remain in effect while the Supreme Court considers the broader legal challenge, with arguments scheduled for December.

More than 25,000 migrants have reportedly already been removed to third countries under the policy.
