The deadline depends. We set up the deadline 1-7 days to catalogue and 3-10 days to custom. You can set up your own deadline, but make it with a very healthy deadline. This will help us to set priorities and meet our deadlines. But we refused the deadline that was less than 24 hours because of aesthetic considerations. Request deadline must be a mutual agreement.

Make sure you already save the files 30 days before, because the files will be deleted automatically in a month. You can't ask to have it back when it's gone.
