💡 Novelty & Significance:
Disodium inosinate, a nucleotide additive, is introduced to regulate Zn electrochemistry. Its differentiated phosphate, ribose, and heterocyclic sites enable distinct interactions with Zn²⁺, water, and Zn surface, guiding solvation and Zn(002) deposition. This yields dendrite-free Zn anodes with 2000 h cycling and 99.8% Coulombic efficiency, offering a bio-inspired, sustainable electrolyte design strategy.
