Sheikh Usama Abdulghani gives us a few things to think about, no matter whether we vote or don't vote.
While we cannot impose our views onto non-Muslim societies, we have many general principles which are shared values with many decent-hearted and sane non-Muslims and we should not compromise on those principles — in favor of neither side of the fake left/right paradigm — just to get a seat at the slave master's table. Selling out and pragmatism are not the same: don't confuse the two!
