Today our website firewall blocked around 280 attack attempts within a 10 minute timespan, all originating from Hong Kong this time.

We're currently investigating what is the cause of our website going offline intermittently every day, multiple times per day for short periods of time before coming back online again. This has actually been a persistent problem now, for some years. We had thought it was related to various plugins on our site, but we do not use anything except essential plugins for our site, nothing extraordinary, mainly because our hosting's customer service didn't have any other answers. Now they're giving us different answers, and it is possible that constant bot attacks on our site — which is a very humble and small site — are a contributing factor to these regular outages.

What's sad is that the enemy's hatred for our humble outlet is greater than some of the support of our friends...

Don't forget that behind every keyboard launching a cyberattack is a human being who needs money to eat and live, so they're either getting paid by someone to sit around and attack our website, or they have certain convictions which causes them to willingly invest their time in attacking their opponent even if unpaid.

That means someone who has hatred for our humble project is either paying someone to launch cyberattaks against us, or someone who is motivated by whatever ideological currents is attacking us unpaid out of their conviction.

Based on our firewall's data, this marks the largest cyberattack against our site in the past 30 days. The second largest was from the Zionist normalizing Egypt with 264 attempted attacks, with the UN 2030 hotbed Singapore at 221 attempts, and the Zionist normalizing fake statelet known as the UAE with 201 attempts. Two IPs from India also had 150 and 146 attempts respectively.

We're working on restoring uninterrputed connectivity and ending the problem of intermittent outages.
