NOT SO HIDDEN, BUT IN PLAIN SIGHT
Kentucky's Fried Chicken commercial for 2026 leaves little to the imagination. Avoid this trash at all costs. No surprise here: Colonel Harland Sanders' (1890–1980) tombstone, the founder of KFC, is riddled with Masonic symbols. He joined in Indiana in 1917, later affiliated with a Kentucky lodge, became a 33° Scottish Rite Mason, and was a member of the Shriners.

Sanders' gravestone in Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville displays the square and compasses along with Scottish Rite and Shrine emblems. His 1974 autobiography, ''Life As I Have Known It Has Been Finger Lickin’ Good,'' notes his installation as a 33° Scottish Rite Mason in Washington, D.C. He belonged to lodges for more than 30 years of membership.
