I. You are required to subscribe to our official channel at @PhaseEnt before submitting your registration format to the bot.

II. The types of accounts allowed to join our agency are CA/BA/PA. Ensure that you use a work account and do not mix it with personal activities to avoid conflicts or undesirable situations.

III. You must be able to manage your time effectively between real-life commitments and business responsibilities on Telegram.

IV. The maximum number of agencies you can be part of is 3, including @PhaseEnt. If you belong to more than 3 agencies, you must ensure fair and proper time management among them.

V. The minimum age requirement to join our agency is 16 years. This must be exactly 16 years old—not approaching or less than one month to this age.

VI. Availability for Real Life Thingy or NSFW Thingy will be considered a plus (+). However, this requires that you do not use fake voices or falsify your Real Life Thingy identity. NSFW activities are only permitted for individuals aged 19 and above.

VII. You are expected to work professionally and refrain from creating “circles within circles” to minimize potential conflicts. Compliance with all rules established by @PhaseEnt during the current talent hiring process is mandatory.

VIII. You must be willing to follow all directions during the hiring process, including the Interview and Free Rent system we implement. This system involves interviews, testimonials and Free Rent. If you do not have prior testimonials, this will be subject to further consideration, but at least 1–2 testimonials from trials or similar experiences are
