Aspirin (1/2)
Aspirin was first synthesized from a compound from the Willow bark tree, which had been used for centuries by our ancestors.
It has many beneficial effects i.e;
anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-estrogenic, anti-oxidative etc.
Incomparable with paracetamol; which literally kills thousands a year with its side effects and seemingly no other benefits besides pain relief.
As aspirin is shown to actually
help against oxidation of seed-oils,
I usually take it whenever I eat out once in a blue moon.
A standard in my supplement cabinet.
