SURAT KEPUTUSAN PEMBUBARAN INSTANSI
Nomor: 001/RP-HOSP/IV/2026

Yang bertanda tangan di bawah ini, selaku pihak pengelola Roleplayer Hospitals, dengan ini menetapkan:

MENIMBANG:
Bahwa keberlangsungan operasional instansi tidak dapat berjalan secara optimal dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu, komitmen, serta fokus dari jajaran petinggi dan pengelola yang saat ini memiliki kesibukan di kehidupan masing-masing.

MEMUTUSKAN:

1. Membubarkan secara resmi instansi Roleplayer Hospitals terhitung sejak tanggal ditetapkannya surat keputusan ini.
2. Segala bentuk kegiatan, operasional, atribut, dan aktivitas yang mengatasnamakan Roleplayer Hospitals dinyatakan dihentikan sepenuhnya.
3. Seluruh anggota tidak lagi memiliki keterikatan struktural maupun administratif dengan roleplayer hospitals.
4. Seluruh hak cipta, aset, konsep, data, serta segala bentuk kekayaan intelektual lainnya yang pernah digunakan dalam Roleplayer Hospitals tetap menjadi milik sah pihak kami, dan tidak diperkenankan untuk digunakan, disalin, disebarluaskan, maupun dimodifikasi tanpa izin resmi.
5. Segala bentuk penyalahgunaan nama, identitas, maupun materi yang berkaitan dengan Roleplayer Hospitals setelah keputusan ini ditetapkan akan menjadi tanggung jawab pribadi pihak yang bersangkutan, bagi siapa pun yang menemukan atau melihat adanya penggunaan nama, konsep, maupun hak cipta milik Roleplayer Hospitals tanpa izin, silakan segera menghubungi @OPICIRPH_BOT Kami akan menindaklanjuti setiap laporan yang masuk, dan apabila terbukti terjadi pelanggaran, maka proses akan terus dilanjutkan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

Keputusan ini bersifat final, mengikat, dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

Demikian surat keputusan ini dibuat untuk dilaksanakan sebagaimana mestinya.
