APERCON is looking for an experienced Commercial Director for a leading business club in Cyprus.

We are looking for a strong commercial professional with proven experience in B2B sales and the VIP / premium segment, who can drive the club’s growth, build strategic partnerships, and develop new commercial products.

✅ Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales and VIP / premium segment
• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills
• Experience working with business owners and senior executives of medium and large companies
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy and business development
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Fluent Russian or Ukrainian is mandatory

• Build relationships with medium and large businesses in Cyprus
• Attract new members and partners to the club
