An international iGaming holding is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to establish and lead the company's AI engineering function.

✅ Requirements:
- 5+ years building backend or distributed systems
- Proven experience delivering AI products into production
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MCP and Vector Search
- Strong engineering mindset with hands-on technical leadership

📌 Responsibilities:
- Define AI architecture and engineering standards
- Build production AI platforms and shared AI services
- Lead and mentor the AI engineering team
- Drive AI adoption across products and internal systems
- Establish secure AI development and deployment practices
- Stay hands-on with architecture and critical technical decisions
