We are looking for an experienced Country Head to lead and scale operations in the Brazilian iGaming market.

✅ Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in iGaming, with strong knowledge of the Brazilian market
• Proven track record as Country Manager / Head of Region
• Experience working with P&L, budgets, KPIs, and growth strategies
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset
• Fluent English

📌 Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of Brazil market strategy and performance
• Develop and execute growth plans to increase revenue and market share
• Manage local operations and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour
• Work closely with C-level executives on business decisions
