We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead HR strategy and operations in an international iGaming company.

✅ Requirements:
• 15+ years of overall HR experience, including 5–10+ years in HR leadership positions (Head of HR / HR Director / VP HR)
• Proven experience managing full-cycle HR functions and leading HR teams
• Experience supporting large-scale organisations and complex international structures
• Experience in iGaming / Tech
• Proven experience working with C-level executives
• Fluent English

• Lead and develop the HR function and team
• Build and optimize HR strategy, processes, and policies
• Partner with CEO and C-level executives on business and people initiatives
• Support company growth through effective HR practices and culture initiatives
