Ceci Stallsmith has officially joined Lovable as our Head of Marketing.

At Lovable, marketing isn’t about selling, it’s about telling our unique story. It’s how we show the world what we’re building, why it matters, and how it creates new economic opportunities while changing work as we know it.

Ceci brings the drive, creativity, and experience to raise the bar as we push toward becoming Europe’s first trillion-dollar company.

We’re lucky to have her, and I’m excited to work with her.

I was the first employee at Sana, which was just acquired for $1.1B.

I spent three years there before leaving, and it was one of the most important chapters of my career. I learned more than I ever expected and had the chance to work with some truly great people.

A year ago, Lovable was fewer than 10 people. Today, we’re a team of 70.

One of the hardest parts of growing is holding on to what made us successful in the first place.

For us, that means speed and obsession about customers. That’s why we’re doubling down on individual ownership and cutting unnecessary meetings.

Meetings aren’t bad, alignment matters, but they should never be the default.

Ownership means trusting people to lead, make decisions, and stay accountable. It’s how we avoid bureaucracy and keep the startup spirit alive as we scale.

By the end of the year, we expect to be 100 exceptional people who all take on leadership and raise the bar.

I’m happy to welcome Maryanne to Lovable.

Maryanne was the Chief People Officer at Notion taking it from 50 to 1,000 employees. Now, she’s joining us to help build the team behind Europe’s first trillion-dollar company.

She’ll work with all of us to the unique culture that took lovable to where it is today. It's important to me and the team that every person at Lovable is set up to do the most meaningful, high-impact work of their life, while being exceptionally rewarded and equipped to thrive long after their time here.

We’re building a company where the work is historic, the stakes are enormous, and the people building it grow alongside it – and look back on this time as the best time of their lives. Maryanne will help shape the culture that makes this possible.

Four guys built and sold a company with Lovable in 20 hours, here’s how:

1. Raised €6k+ in sponsorships from OpenAI, V7, Cluely and Recurse ML
2. Built LeadFlare, an AI agent that sources and contacts high-value leads.
3. Identified Revel as a buyer and tailored the product to them.
4. Incorporated the company in the UK.
5. Revel’s team literally flew to Stockholm to meet them.
6. Signed the deal: acquired for $20,000 same day.

This is probably the coolest thing I've seen done with Lovable so far.
