The CIA used a Star Wars fan site to contact spies - Iran revealed a multi—pass.

How it all worked:
The agents entered the fan portal, entered a special password in the search field, and entered the secret part of the site with tasks. There were several such resources under the guise of websites for different franchises.

The puncture occurred after the arrest of agent Gholamrez Hosseini — he opened one of these portals. The Iranians have calculated that all sites work from the same IP bands and have a similar design.

Because of the leak, agents in Iran and China were uncovered and, according to sources, some were eliminated.
