Apple has removed the free versions of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote from the Mac App Store. They are now replaced by freemium versions requiring a Creator Studio subscription and AI features.

Moreover, the old versions remain only for those who already have them installed. The new ones are different builds (15.2) with a new interface and, according to reviews, a decrease in performance.

A separate nuance: if the applications were previously pre-installed (rather than downloaded from the App Store), you can no longer download the old version—only the new one.
