Pavel Durov left France and went to Dubai with permission from the court, AFP reported. The founder of the Telegram messenger was detained at a Paris airport on August 24. The entrepreneur's detention caused a wave of criticism in many countries. Durov faced up to 10 years in prison on charges of various crimes
