The sands of time have crumbled
Ubisoft has canceled the remake of Prince of Persia, which was promised to be released this year. Along with Prince of Persia, five other games have been cut, and the company itself is facing restructuring, which will be followed by more layoffs.

Ubisoft will now be divided into five genre-specific divisions to focus on its top hits, such as Assassin's Creed and Far Cry.
