Spot is easy to reach, but you can meet dogs, cows or horses on the way.
Don't stress them out and be nice to people around too, please.
This would make possible the party to last till the end with no cops or incidents.

Take flashlight with you and be careful inside the tunnel,
there're some open collector holes and cow bombs. Safest way is on high walkways on the sides.
It's windy there too, concrete nearly everywhere and no shops nearby. Take food, hot drinks, dress warm and grab something to sit on.
