The first part is mostly correct though, but I’d go much further. There are now a whole host of fantastically creative minds that until this moment in history never had the opportunity to bring their ideas to life because of a lack of specialization, manpower or money. Now they have been freed to create all sorts of things without the fetters of any of these holding them back, and, if the governments of the world don’t get together and do another op like they do every few years and destroy everything, you’re going to see some really amazing new things you never would have before, by people who don’t know the first damn thing about coding.

It’s a different kind of mind that now has power that’s never been available to them before.
