🇦🇿⚡️🇮🇷— Azerbaijan has suspended flights operated by Iranian airlines to the country from September 22.

Azerbaijan’s State Civil Aviation Agency said the decision was linked to new U.S. sanctions targeting Iran’s aviation sector.

🇺🇸 The move comes as Washington threatens secondary sanctions against companies providing Iranian carriers with fuel, ground services and other aviation support.

Affected passengers have been advised to contact their airlines or ticketing agencies.
