"Taken into consideration for possible use..."

These were the words used in the Verkhovna Rada in response to the joint appeal of the Coalition and Right Sector regarding the extradition of a volunteer from Chuvashia to Russia.

In our appeal, it was suggested to amend the legislation to protect the rights of foreign volunteers and possible extradition to Russia. In fact, the bill was not accepted for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada, but only "taken into consideration for possible use"
